Not sure; is the company pointing to words share consolidation.
We have almost 3 billion shares on issue; market capital is approx. 83 million share price @.024.
Not sure if any of the investor would like to invest on a company; which has high volume of shares on issue.
Seems tome they are going to consolidate the shares @ 5:1 ratio, which will reduce the shares on issue to 600million. and the share price will be .12cent..
Maybe SK, will invest to production, by accepting 600million shares and funding for production. it could be good deal for AUZ and SK Innovation. not for existing holders...
