If there is yet another Cap raise (what will it be - the 4th or 5th dilution from Adrian over last few years) - then CVN shareholders should be up in arms...
Its the Captain "Cap-Raise" Cook's signature move.. Everyone worked him out, most notably Vinva (the short).
Another ill-timed cap-raise/dilution and the company would be essentially "gifting" approx. AUD 20M+ to the shorter/ Vinva - who predicted a raise would happen 12 months ago.
Your "Captain" would be playing completely into the hands of the shorter at shareholder expense.

Its not a surprise that outside parties are now acquiring "board rep" status parcels to make sure such a dumb move does not happen..
Way too much Kool-aid being drunk on this thread in relation to how CVN management is viewed.. Think about it.. Have done nothing for years (except a cap raise) for Buffalo..
No announcement / of any bank financing or "think different" funding for Dorado..
One more significant shareholder on the rolls (similar to a McKusker/Nero ) and I reckon its more likely you will see a removal of your beloved CEO "Cap-Raise" Cook - as opposed to another raising..
