Share Consolidation

I apologise if this subject has already been discussed, but are the barriers to a Share Consolidation any more onerous on the Australian market than in London or Toronto?

I can see that the board might have been worried about the price falling below the equivalent of 1c previously, but now that this share is underpinned by the (albeit locked up) 1SN LN position, then I think it would be reasonable to assume it would trade more freely, and imo above the 200c level, if there were a 100:1 consolidation.

Any further thoughts on this welcome. Thx
