There absolutely no chance in my opinion of this going belly up. Far too much money for management and associated parties to make from this puppy. $10 million alone from the purchase terms associated with the lease and that's before you even consider the money INYATI CAPITAL stand to make from raising capital stand to make.This is a Golden Goose for management and associated parties, will just be interesting how they go about feeding the Golden Goose
