share consolidaton

What are people's thoughts about NWE consolidating their share register. I really have no idea of this process or costs involved, or the worthiness of the idea, but I personally think if we did a share consolidation of say 10:1, then we could see our company being viewed in a different light. I always think that companies whose SP always lingers below the 10c mark, does not have a lot of street cred. In a linear fashion, if we used the 10:1 ratio, our SP would increase to 65c to 70c. I really do think that this seems better than the current state of around a billion shares on issue and a SP flagging under 10c. I know all the math is the same, ie. market cap, but I really do think it elevates a companies perception by the market.

Anyway interested in others thoughts on this.
