Cash flow (enough to cover costs); and assets (IMHO at least 3 to 5 X current SP), realisable in a few months.
The laST PRESENTATION TELLS THE TALE. But allow for some hyperbole.
Also, note razor's last post comment:
"Dumping at .002 is non productive
while a buy is a gift."
