The announcement plainly states:
Perseus intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to fund development of the Company's projects and for general working capital purposes.
Can't buy much for $81 million, just 48,000 ounces of gold at today's price.
They need lots of drills to drill all the ground they have, I think that's where the money will go.
