Share discount offer to raise money

I have 10,000 TLG shares that I bought a while back at $1.05
The share offer is $1.45

The min limit seems to be that anyone that has $1000 worth of shares can buy but how much they can buy is my question.

Is it up to 30,000 shares we can buy no matter how many shares we have ?

PLS and GXY also doing great share offers but sadly don't own that many of those.
GXY is buy 1 in 7 shares you own. Not sure what PLS is yet a sI bought those shares in November.

I think thee will be heavily over subscribed and may only get a few thousand each.
I suspect when people do get the shares many will sell straight away to make the massive profit
and that is when the share price tends to dip and another good time to top up.
