No one even knows what the Morgan Stanley fee is. It's 4.5% for the small investor raising, but it literally just says "customary terms" for the Morgan Stanley fee for the large raising of $25mil. What was it that Morgan Stanley do again, I didn't quite get that, nor do I know how much it will cost for whatever it is that they do?
