    what the seller doesnt seem to understand is PEMs purchase of Global will double NPAT for PEM from $18M a quarter to around $36M a quarter with 5.5M pounds of Cu per quarter from Cerro de Maimon (currently $4.30 a pound) which due to Au and Ag credits has nearly 0 costs per pound.
    Just imagine what the PE for PEM is going to look like next quarter if the sp stays where it is and the CAP is still $316M
