Lister - the higher the flow rates, the more porous the ground - the greater % of return from the available field. At present, and assuming approx 14% return (ie flow of 2mcf), the return is estimated be approx 1.1tcf from a 8tcf field. A greater than expected flow from utilising current frac methods would allow the removal of a higher % return for the field - hence higher flow rates would extrapilate the greater volume and higher returns. Being a granite wash, who knows how tight the gas is until flows are measured over an extended test period. Estimated returns from Warro3 prior to water was 5+. Management have erred on the conservative side which is all good but it is also ok to look on the brighter side - we just need a water free flow of commercial quantity. Anything over 2, it's your buy.........
