I am a long time holder and have enjoyed the growth in share value and dividends. The cause of the current share price weakness appears to be a lack of NRW using it's skills to act in the best interest of shareholders by allowing a single client debt to rise beyond a reasonable level. Only thereafter did NRW seek security. NRW is a publicly listed co and is required to look after share holder interests first. It is not a charity. The Board has made (mainly) excellent decisions in past years however the current matter is a serious issue which requires more than the CFO leaving. The Board needs to publicly take responsibility irrespective of whether the debt can be partially or fully recovered. On a separate issue the company seems to be reluctant to provide the market with announcenents beyond what is required by law/ regulation. The strategy appears to be " let our results do the talking". I would like to see more announcements including their expectations as to likely F/Y results as compared to expectations given. Would appreciate other share holders thoughts. In conclusion- I have enjoyed reading many share holder posts on this site- Thanks .
