In reference to the following included in a post by Jake I reckon we need to have the Share Holder Assn look into this or get a lawyer onto it. We need to stick it up these shonks. No conscience, no cred, no skill, not legal, not in our interest, no balls, no vision, no paid shares. It goes without saying a NO Vote.

I have already voted no on the www.linkmarketservices.com.au/ it was real easy.

All I want now is a phone call so I can vent.

if that is what JP Morgan are in fact saying to s/h, then aren't JP Morgan giving out "Financial Advice" ?????

and there are all sorts of rules, regulations, wrt providing people with "Financial Advice" !!

they (JP Morgan) have to be a licensed advisor,
they have to give you a Policy/disclosure Statement or something before they provide that advice,
etc, etc"
