I would have to agree based on some of the reporting on this website that NKP appear to have kept critical and price sensitive information from the market. I for one would consider a joint class action. The only problem is that this isn't even close to the criminal actions of powerhouse banking companies such as NAB and Westpac who both drew secret loans from the US Federal Reserve to the tune of 4.6 and 1.8 billion each and did not disclose these loans to the market in December '08. Please note the figures and dates are from my memory and may be slightly out.
