I remember when I traveled to Zaire before the country became Democratic Republic of Congo there was a saying from the locals that "a bullet changes government a lot surer and faster then votes" ...

Seems that there are a few dodgy ASX listed companies where this theory should apply to concerning board member behavior. If this was so I am sure there would be a lot less abuses and incompetence on how money is used.

Hopefully for all share holders Matich and Salter goes, but the best outcome is for the whole board to go.
