Are there any VAN share holders on here interested in pursuing a share holder meeting with management? Im not sure how this is arranged there might be someone on here to advise?
My perception is the silence is deafening from the Executive Chairman and board and times up guys and gals. Management have had years to deliver a product and we have nothing but massive dilution, we've lost $1M a week for at least a year, just let that sink in...$1M a week in lost market cap....there appears to be legal fights on a number of fronts.
Whatever is going on is simply not good enough and way too late....I call on the board to hold a share holder meeting and the board to spill the executive chairman. NOW....
