I share the view of toono: GCN has given us many disappointments with regard to agreed deadlines and which are expected for the future no improvement. However the decision is dependent as in the case P1, FMM and about not only by metro wifi GCN, but still by other parties. there remains the question of who is responsible for the delays. Jam Factory seems to be there an exception and lets hope for the future.
