For the sake of completeness, there was around 35% or about 280.3 million shares outside the Top 200, in around Jan/Feb
From memory, last year there were about 73% of the total shares in the Top 200 so about 8% have moved out since the capital raising and BBI/Alere HoT agreement.
I guess this creates more liquidity but the Top 200 are fairly solid.
