I have just examined movements over the past two months and found the following:

1. There are 60 holders now with holdings exceeding one million shares. A slight increase.

2. Two holders who had just over one million each have exited and been replaced by two new holders also with 1m each.

3. Of the Top Twelve holders five have increased their holdings whilst one has decreased his by 200,000.

4. Virtually no change to the remaining holders down to number 28 who holds 1.6m.

5. The register appears very stable with long term holders not exiting.

SUMMARY

Zijin must note that the 40% of stock held by Minorities will not be easy to displace with a low ball offer. Most shareholders paid more than 10c per share upon entry. They will most likely reject any low ball offer. Their expectation will be a lot higher than what Genorah bailed out for.
