CAG doesn't hold 20% of 35 billion tonnes. It holds 20% of a project/s within an area estimated to contain 35 billion tonnes.
Its like saying that CDS holds a share in 200 billion tonnes of Coal. The statement is true but its a blatant ramp and omits a lot of relevant detail.
