However, in the event either the Call Option or Put Option is exercised, CAG would be required to allot and issue a significant number of shares to the Metro shareholders at a deemed issue price of 3 cents each (up to $30 million in value).
I see this as hindering the S/P when or if this is exercised.
This is certainly a speculative stock with good potential; just not sure that it's a big multi bagger.
Any thoughts on issuing a significant number of shares to metro and the effect on SP later??
