These guys are deal makers and exploration specialists. I believe they are taking their time to make sure the deals they do are worthwhile, having said that, I'd say they have just about had enough time to put something together. I've traded in and out, and have got set again in the last couple of weeks in mid 3's and then low 3's, so I'm sitting tight now.

Reason I say Sth America and Africa is because they are the right types of regions for the projects these guys like to do, also there is no conflict with BLR, OVR etc.
