    The Economic analysis is due early next month, and may well come in above expectations.
    DC has stated that PIO are looking to break ground in July. This man, who is beyond cautious, would not have said that unless there was a funding solution in place.
    If, as many have speculated, our offtake partner is an entity many times PIO's market cap, they are unlikely to take the business risk of a Cap Raise. And/or are unlikely to wait for it to take place.
    It is far more likely that the offtake partner will fund the hole, and be reimbursed through a discount on the Cs. Or, they may even take an equity position at a premium.
    Take a look at some of the deals that the likes of Glencore have done over the years and you will get the idea.
    IMO you will have a bit of an eggy face if you sell out of your shares now.
    Just speculating, but I don't think this is the time to get too smart about this stock.
