You have crystalised some concerns I too have been expressing.
That is that the overburden problem has not been just a product of contractor being wound up.

I think management may have worked to get quickest most profitable start to mining of Dikulushi as after all a lot hinged on Anvil being recognised as an established mining company.

Perhaps the "expediencies" have achieved their objectives and now is the time for picking up the pieces.

Still a couple of years strong income from Dikukushi commencing now will be very welcome.

One might speculate that when underground mining commences profit flow will not be so strong.

By then Kulumaziba will be producing strong cash flows and other mine/s will be on the way.

Surfer's comments about the possibility of dredging is interesting.
The consequences of "the wet" on mining at Kulumaziba was of concern to me but a dredging type approach may well solve most of the wet problems.

Bill must be very frustrated with limited financial resourses for exploration, development and setting up new mines.
The absence now of First Quantum is the loss of a "friend in need - a friend indeed".

The potential/future for Anvil is tremendous.

As Surfer suggests -- patience will be rewarded.
