I'll stick my neck out and predict that today(after 4pm) is tell-all day - I'm expecting the following announcements:
1)Notice of AGM - this'll tell us the names of two new Directors in place of Phillip Pascall(Chairman) and Lance Tigert - I'm hoping for two very strong mining guys - no Admin or shareholder reps need apply.
2)Annual Report - and this should be in our letter boxes by next Tuesday - hopefully it'll contain some forward planning info that is still needed for the second starter project at Kinsevere.
3)New non-renounceable issue to shareholders to raise $65mil+ for the SXEW facility.Given the current price action you'd have to expect it'll be on the same terms as the issue to instos last Dec(namely C$5.25(55c) together with a free half unlisted warrant/option excercisable at C$6.25(65c)).
Hopefully all this'll be accompanied by a statement that we're over the waste stripping problem at Dikulushi and now accessing full grade ore on a continuous basis.
Definitely also want to see a Forward Planning/Strategic Direction statement to show us where we're headed.
All of the above is pure conjecture by me especially the share issue announcement but firmly believe that there is enoungh anecdotal evidence to strongly suggest it's going to happen.
