share issue voting - proxy form

Hey guys, been a silent follower of GGP and its thread for some time. Just received my Proxy form and I'm tempted to vote:

Resolution 1 - Yes (for the cap raising previously)
Resolution 2 - No (for the proposed $1m raising with Novus)

They have the benefit of the 85m shares already for $1.45m and can subscribe to any left over from the general raising not taken up by current holders.

Any Thoughts?

p.s. the pro-rata SPP has not been issued yet so there is potential for them to reallocte the $1m to us?
