When a company needs cash fast the only way is through the likes of brokers it takes time to set up the Prospectus etc required for shareholders and then there is no guarantee that they will take it up.
It appears Novus helped get this Property and have underwritten the CR. The shareholders will get an opportunity to take most of the CR.
We have lucked out in my opinion without the help of Novus and the like small companys struggle to stay afloat. If Novas and SI make a buck good luck to them.
