I concur with your thoughts, imagine when the prospective farm in partners were doing DD,it would in my opinion be inconceivable that they would not have been looking at farm in cost verses takeover.
That is how it works and given the appropriate takeover premium to acquire WHN for a major no big deal, particurlaly now that they would know that the company needs to raise money
