The usual deal is reimbursement of costs to date which is in the order of $10 million spent on Seychelles give or take.
More than enough to keep the bills and wages and any other bids under control for the next year.
Far raised $15 million with barely a bump in the share price recently so not too fussed on that point.
My worry is why do we need one (CR), hence my farm out hypothetical.
Farm Out should = possible uplift in SP to get WHNO in the money ($12.5 million in the bank) + reimbursement of costs ($10+million for a grand total of $22.5 million dollars) - potentially...
But no, we are doing a CR.
I just hope this is one of a few near term announcements from Management.
