Could it simply be for some EXTRA cash - over and above requirements, even if they DO get say $10 million from a farm out deal???
Then, WHL would be traveling with a healthy buffer to well and truly see them through this years events - who knows for sure exactly what else they wish to achieve this year???
Should still be moving in a positive direction!
