Maddog refer to page 2 of their report for risk/assumptions for the 6 month price target. Yes cash side of things was factored in, though small amount would be required. Also mentioned the jv would most likely require further time. I think hartleys is one of the bigger investment house over there in wa so most likely have good insto connection... And they are already on board.
