BI - I agree with your sentiment re Hartley's.

I also feel there has been some CONFUSION re who has made BUY recommendations etc.

To the best of my knowledge, it was NOT Hartley's that made the very recent BUY recommendation up to 5.5 cents -it was in fact a completely separate and genuinely INDEPENDENT, Investment / reporting service! Much more palatable and reassuring to me!

What Hartley's did, was to very recently put a 6 month price TARGET of 12 cents per share, on WHL.

I certainly don't see a problem with that, given likely outcomes over the coming months AND I believe they DID disclose that a smallish amount of cash may need to be raised in the interim for short term requirements!

So really, I think everything is all OK and on track based on multiple sources of info - one just has to read ALL the info available, thoroughly and invest accordingly.

The next few months should be quite good!
