IMO this is a good outcome. Big Instos getting on board, more reassurance for me that this company has a lot going for it.

Yes sure I hear the cries of UNFAIR, they get it a 4.4.. people selling because they did not get a good deal etc. Bottom line, there is cash now - with small dilution. The big Instos get discount because they are putting in more, risking more etc.. thats the way I see it anyway.

IMO if our assets are that attractive we would have a JV farm in already. Obvious we are not yet there. Now with cash, the way I see things it allows us to go spend on that 'plastic surgury', get a personal trainer to get fit and make us more attractive in the hope of finding that prince charming one day soon.

All good. Hang in there LT investors... 6-12 months will fly and possibly gold at the end of the rainbow.
