I think the market sees that final negotiations regarding the JV/ Farm in agreement to be close this is the time to buy and accumulate this stock...
I dont see the additional shares on issue as a problem.
Cash will ensure WHN can continue to grow and fund exploration program...we needed the cash, and this puts us in a better negotiating position...
