Good chance you can get them at 4.2 sometime this month. Maybe just buy half of what you want initially and watch in case of further sell off. No logic to may selloffs in small caps, stocks can plummet to ridiculous levels, but often only for very short periods. Bear in mind capital raising in works, Normally suppress price, raising doesn't concern me as long as funds being intelligently used.
