You can apply for double your allotted shares therefore if you own 15 you are entitled to 1 but can apply for 2 any more won't be entertained.
then only if it's undersubscribed will you get any more, which I doubt will be the case. I applied for double my holding so I hope there are a heap of overseas investors that are not eligible leaving more for us.
