Andy Fung and Rene Sugo are directors and founders of both MNF and Symbio and both companies share the same premises in Sydney hence a merger/takeover wouldn't be too dificult at all.
The last quarter MNF was 'profitable'.
If you look at working capital expenses,marketing expences,customer sign-ups etc MNF leaves ENG for dead.
