given the current trend with the share price, the lack of direction from the Board and the crap financial performance, I reckon there is not much chance that many of the shareholders will take up their shares. The fund-raising is just a secondary motive for this share issue. The end result will be Ch7 obtaining control of the company (and the cash that they put in to get control).
