This announcement is to tidy up a few loose ends. 3 points.
It provides some working capital.
It is a small cap raise with a max of $15,000 per share holder so it doesn't dilute the cr+p out of the stock.
It provides an incentive for those BON holders to switch to MAK because the cap raise doesn't start until 19th June which is after the 10th June closing date for the BON offer (and allows a week for the issue of those final shares).
