this announcement doesn’t have a real effect on the value.

MAk is still in pre production, so no real value has been granted it anyway.

I think the reason the share price dropped so rapidly is that because smaller holders (such as myself) who wouldn’t mind taking part in the new placement, are selling their shares now with the intent of buying them back in a months time (at the issue).

Why not?

You can make 15%ish and get options thrown in for free.

I just sold the vast majority of mine, and plan to do just what i described above.

Just dont sell them all, or you will be off the registry.
