It's not about whether you own 1 share or 34000 share. MAK need to raise capital and from a company perspective they wouldn't care whether you owned more or less.
They'll get their 43c per share regardless, the strategy a shareholder employs to profit from the opportunity is irrelevant from a company perspective.
