It's all part of it .
As with any stock it's all about timing . Sale Revenues before cash runs out.
Just part of the pre revenue spec end .
I assume in the best case - that when BRK sells its reserves that the sp rises with new cash backing. Substantial .
And hopefully gets some speculation value into the sp before then to minimise any dilution .
Whether you accept a smaller peice or pie or ad to maintain your overall percentage is up to you if they do dilute prior to asset sales .
It's all part of it . As with any stock it's all about timing ....
