    That debt is sort of to a 'friendly' strategic shareholder who's been prepared to lend where banks won't, and he has substantial shares in company, so much skin in game. Yeah, dilution, but we've been able to participate in that. This company has much upside and the traction appears to be happening now. I personally think some of the spiking the other day was low liquidity and the drop inprice could have been mgt/director sell out as they have options they can buy back in with. They have their own bills like the rest of us in the mean time.
