Re: QuikTrak Networks
In QuikTrak Networks Ltd’s letter to ASX on 6 September 2005 re ownership of QuikTrak intellectual
property it asserts that claims made by this Company on behalf of its partly-owned subsidiary are
“misleading”. However, it fails to point out what part of this letter is “misleading” and it does not deny that
Tarquin Resources plc owns the QuikTrak intellectual property, and has sole exploitation rights, in the UK,
Europe, Russia and its former republics, and the Middle East.
We point out, inter alia:
• legal agreements defining the ownership structure exist between the parties,
• the offer for sale Information Memorandum prepared by QuikTrak Networks Ltd’s Administrator
clearly outlined the differing ownership particulars, and
• as recently as November 2004 the present Managing Director of QuikTrak Networks Ltd personally
signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Tarquin Resources plc to negotiate to remerge the
worldwide rights to the QuikTrak intellectual property.
