I'm strapped in buddy and i have never felt better about my investment. LYC has significantly de risked in the past 3 months...

I am continuing to buy at cheap prices..i supposes i'm lucky i have funds which i can access.. i really feel for those LT investors who are believers but do not have any funds to buy more at these lower prices or they do have funds to access but the misses will not allow them to buy more...

IMO.. there are 8 issues we need to achieve in order to launch the rocket, and you have mentioned most,

1. GE 13 (one month time and 95% certain to go our way)
2. Contracts with blue chip buyers (any day)
3. Court cases over (within a few months)
4. Waste to be sold as Gypsum..plant nil hazardous (1 -3 Months)
5. Permanent Operating Licence (3-9 months)
6. Short sellers GONE
7. Low Cost of Production
8. Significant increase in basket price

IMO i sincerely believe the first 7 will be safely achieved in due course..and this in itself will have the price say.. AT LEAST two fold to where it currently is sitting...

The rocket will be launched only when and if we can achieve the last issue...then depending on the increase of the basket price... we are talking the share price to be potentially ten fold to current levels...
