I had 2 emails today Re; share offer = "Dear Shareholder,Thank you for your application and payment in relation to the recently completed Larvotto Resources Limited Share Purchase Plan. Please be advised your application has not been accepted, whether in part or in full, for the following reason: 1. Your application was scaled back in accordance with a determination made by the board of Directors, OR; 2. The value of your application exceeds the maximum of A$30,000, OR; 3. Your application monies were received after the close of the offer".
So, my applications were refused..... 1. They have stated that the scale back is 20% 2. Money was paid before the offer closed & I have the emails (12th August) from them confirming that they received the money. 3. I have 2 share accounts (personal & company) so I paid 2 x $15,000 to get to the max of $30K, so not over the offer allowed.
My question is, apart from Larvotto themselves (I've already emailed them) are there any government authorities where I can take my complaint to?
