How do scale backs work? since the SPP is likely going to be oversubscribed, do they just give everyone who applied an equal amount? or do they give a percentage of what you paid?
I.e if I bpayed $10k for the SPP, and someone else bpayed the full $15k, could we both end up getting the same amount with a scale back? or will the people who bpayed less always get less? cheers
