I am just had the worst customer service experience ever.
The BPAY Biller Code 574723 doesn't work. At least via Westpac.
Rang Link Market Services international call waited in the queue for what seems hours. Finally got through to be informed that we know that that occurred this morning.
There is a new BPAY Code to replace the old one. It is 584961
You use your original Reference [customer id} code number.
I asked the gent at Link Market Services, what:
1) they were doing about shareholder about the problem and the solution, and
2) what does this problem do to the closing date and time of the offer.
My view is that shareholders should not be negatively impacted by things out of their control and poor investor communication.
