Good money after bad ..... never!
Buy on market at a lower price if you must, it's crazy to buy at a premium in a cr.
Management must realise with penny dreadfulls in today's market that a cr at a discount means the sp immediately drops below the discount, wiping off a big chunk of market capital. So the cr gets then some cash in the bank but ruins the sp for shareholders! It's dumb to do it, it's a last resort when they can't get money anywhere else, it should be actively discouraged, I won't take up my entitlement in these circumstances even if it means they have to get the Receiver in because they are broke.
