From page 6 of the prospectus:

3.7 Allotment and Application Money
New Shares and New Options will be issued only after all Application Money has been received and ASX has granted permission for the New Shares and New Options to be quoted. It is expected that New Shares and New Options will be issued on 1 February 2010 and trading of the New Shares and New Options on ASX is expected to commence on 2 February 2010.

All Application Money received before New Shares and New Options are issued will be held in a special purpose account. After Application Money is refunded (if required) and New Shares and New Options are issued to Applicants, the balance of funds in the account plus accrued interest will be received by the Company.
